Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in industrial-based business operations, especially Accounting, Inside Sales, Counter Sales, or Warehouse operations.
This role involves:
Managing heavy invoicing entries within a process that is time sensitive daily and include many exceptions within the process, Managing and sorting of time sensitive documents each day, Managing distractions 'coming at you' all day while being able to remain focused on the primary invoicing tasks, Processing customer credit checks, Setting up Vendor and Customer accounts, Ongoing willingness to support the Accounting Manager in department workload and directives, Being willing to do general clerical tasks when needed for company-wide business support Compensation
Summary:
$17-18/ per hour Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time.
Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay.
It can be more or less than $580 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
